    We offer a variety of services designed to make your life easier, including cleaning, giving mama a break, and running errands. However, our services are not limited to these. We understand that every mom's needs are unique, so we encourage you to contact us with any specific requests. Our team is committed to providing personalized support tailored to your individual circumstances. Whether you need help with household chores, a few hours of childcare, or assistance with day-to-day tasks, Post-Natal Kindness is here to help you thrive.
  • How does your service work?
    Contact us using our form or emailing (info@post-natalkindness.com) Once we understand your needs, we send you an appointment date that works with you. On the confirmed appointment date, we visit your home and provide the services you need.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We serve the Ottawa-Gatineau area.
  • How much does your service cost?
    Pricing will vary. We offer customized pricing based on a quote that considers the home's size, specific cleaning needs, and special requests. For an accurate estimate, contact us for a tailored quote.
  • Will there be any extra travel fees, last-minute bookings, or other potential costs such as cancellations last minute?
    For transport, we charge a fee of $15 for the Ottawa-Gatineau area. Extra fees may apply if the area is beyond that. There is a one-time booking fee of $20, required to secure your service. This fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled last minute. Payment method for now is CASH and INTERAC.to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Do you offer discounts or packages for recurring services?
    We appreciate our regular customers, and to show our gratitude, we offer special discounts for those who frequently use our services.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Payment method will only be cash or e-transfer.
  • What are the business hours?
    We operate from Monday to Saturday starting at 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • How far in advance do I need to book a service?
    To book a service with Post-Natal Kindness, you need to make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. For example, if you'd like to book a service for Wednesday, please ensure you make your reservation by Monday. This policy helps us ensure that we can adequately prepare and provide the best possible support to all the moms in our community. We look forward to empowering and supporting you with kindness!
  • Can I schedule services on weekends or evenings?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer services past 5PM and only operate from Monday - Saturday.
  • What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
    For re-scheduling, please let us know ASAP (within 48 hours) to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Do you offer last-minute or emergency services?
    For urgent requests, please contact us and we will see what we can do. We do not offer any emergency services.
  • What measures do you take to ensure safety in my home?
    We prioritize the well-being and safety of all our members and clients. During our home visits, we ensure safety by bringing masks ✅, and we are trained in First Aid-CPR ✅. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know.
  • Can you help with childcare or baby-related tasks?
    We offer babysitting services for a few hours while the parents rest or recharge at home. This would include tasks such as: Diaper changes Bottle preparation Supervision ..etc Contact us to get more details or let us know what you need.
  • Do you help with meal prep?
    We do not offer any cooking services, however we can connect you to a third-party chef whom we have partnered with to help with cooking needs. Contact us for more details!
  • Can you assist with organizing my home or decluttering?
    Organizing and decluttering are available for the mother's surrounds such as washroom and bedroom. For whole house cleaning, please refer to our services page and book a cleaning based on what we offer.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with the service provided?

  • Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
    For both tiers of cleaning offered (level 1 and 2), we will bring the necessary supplies and equipment to complete the job. If you have any allergies to specific cleaning supplies or scents, please us know beforehand so we can accommodate your needs.
  • Can I request specific brands or products to be used?
    Yes, if you have a specific brand or product that you prefer, please let us know.
